Celebrations began with solemn flag‑raising ceremonies, held in partnership with the Provincial Government of Bulacan, the LGUs of Marilao, Pulilan, and Baliwag, plus the PNP, BFP, BJMP, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, and Girl Scouts of the Philippines. These gatherings stood as a heartfelt tribute to patriotism, community solidarity, and national pride.
