Sunrise Trail Hike at Masungi Georeserve: An Empowering and Meaningful Birthday Celebration

-

Since I was a child, as soon as June approaches, I feel thrilled because it's my birth month. I don't eagerly anticipate gifts, but rather the greetings from family and friends. It brings me joy. I am easily pleased. It doesn't take much to make me happy. Whenever I am asked what I want for my birthday, my usual response is "nothing" or "I don't know; I can't think of anything I want or need." I am not materialistic. I am happy. I am healthy. I am blessed with family and true friends. Feeling ko nasa akin na ang lahat and I prefer inner peace. Fancy that! Haha. I find more joy in giving, whether to family, friends, or even strangers. But this time, I said, "Lord, can I give myself a gift this time?" Since a retreat in Batulao is not possible yet, I scheduled a day for myself for a pampering session at the mall. I want to have a massage, facial, manicure/pedicure. I simply wish to unwind and disconnect from the online world for an entire...

-
Last February 25, Century Tuna Superbods Ageless 2018 held the final call-back.  Aspirants from Davao, Cebu and Metro Manila once again show off their smarts, as well a s healthy and fit bodies. “ The hunt for the next Century Tuna Superbods has always been a long and rigorous process, ” s ays Greg Banzon, general manager of Century Pacific Food, Inc. “ But this year, we know it will be e ven more challenging because of the introduction of the Ageless category. That to me is the essence of the Superbods competition - to inspire more people,  regardless of age, to work harder and become better versions of themselves. ”  Contenders who passed the screening during the go-sees held all over the country will be  presented ...

“ No elegance is possible without perfume. It is the unseen, unforgettable, ultimate accessory.” – Coco Chanel Have you found your ultimate accessory? I found mine but it's too pricey. Good thing I found a perfume with almost the same scent, but economical that can stay from 4 hours up to 8hours! Eight (8) hours because it offers a 20-30% percent concentration of oils, Perfume Dessert. Perfume dessert is guaranteed 100% from the U.K. No fakes! You can check it by the first 3 digits of the barcode, they do indicate the country in which the company is based, or the manufacturing company is headquartered, its first 3 digit is 506, and U.K's barcode is from 500-509. I like almost all their scents, but among all their perfumes, I love the Peach Bourbon Posicle the most it's like their version of Victoria's Secret's Love Spell. For a sexy touch of scent, this one is a must-have! It has a sweet subtle scent which enhances my natural smell. It may b...
