Perfume Dessert everyone's ultimate accessory

Image
“ No elegance is possible without perfume. It is the unseen, unforgettable, ultimate accessory.” – Coco Chanel Have you found your ultimate accessory? I found mine but it's too pricey. Good thing I found a perfume with almost the same scent, but economical that can stay from 4 hours up to 8hours! Eight (8) hours because it offers a 20-30% percent concentration of oils, Perfume Dessert. Perfume dessert is guaranteed 100% from the U.K. No fakes! You can check it by the first 3 digits of the barcode, they do indicate the country in which the company is based, or the manufacturing company is headquartered, its first 3 digit is 506, and U.K's barcode is from 500-509. I like almost all their scents, but among all their perfumes, I love the Peach Bourbon Posicle the most it's like their version of Victoria's Secret's Love Spell. For a sexy touch of scent, this one is a must-have! It has a sweet subtle scent which enhances my natural smell. It may b...

Online gamers real victory achieved in the kitchen

Image
CTTO In this day and age getting children into the habit of pitching in around the house is a struggle. They would rather play online games with their gadgets than help in the household chores. Recently, I've been under the weather so I asked my eldest son , who is already a teen and is hooked on online games to wash the dishes. At first he refused because he's busy playing  LoL (League of Legends ), but still he obeyed after like 10 years? Haha. No, after the battle naman. From then on, he would always offer to wash the dishes. Out of curiosity, I asked him why? To my surprise, he said that he loves the dishwashing liquid we are using. Hindi daw mahirap banlawan at madaling makatanggal ng stubborn grease. Kaya mas madali siya nakakabalik sa nilalaro nya 😂 Woah!!! True victory achieved in the kitchen. 😉  Actually, I'm a fan too of  Bubbleman Dishwashing Liquid. Here are the reasons why I'm also in love with Bubbleman; *  SAFE  - every m...

Hey Sugar! Now spreading organic sweetness at Trinoma + Review

Image
I remember a friend way back in College ,  (his name is Edison) he used to tease me for having mabalahibo (hairy) legs. 😔 I got conscious, so I shaved. But shaving is really a not-so-good idea as the hair would grow back in no time -- thicker and bushier 😭 Edison and I are still friends, btw. Today, I must admit, I really am into waxing for like 7-8 years already. And I'm lovin' it. Why? For grooming and hygienic reasons. While some women also say it enhances their sex life.   I won't say that the first time isn't ouchy. It is!!! But I lived through it and get it done again and again and again. Good thing I have high tolerance for pain. Tiis ganda na lang! 😂 But after my operation (craniotomy) last December 2013, it took me 2 years to have it done again. I'm afraid that the operation will affect my pain tolerance but thankfully, it didn't. So, you dirty mind, I know what you are thinking! Of course, I have alternatives during those month...

Matcha TEA-in-1 : My perk-me-up buddy

Image
Aside from drinking water. I also love drinking tea especially jasmine and chamomile to keep me calm when I feel agitated and I badly need sleep. But lately, a new buddy came up.  Matcha tea from Matcha Tea-in-1 . I was not a fan of matcha but when I tried this one... Wow! It has an amazing effect on me. My buddy early in the morning while prepping up the kids for school to keep me awake and in late at night to make my brain function well and alert when finishing an article just like now. Time check 1:30am, Friday June 16!  😂 In my busy everyday routine as a full-time mom this instant matcha tea is a hit! Just like our favorite pancake, just add water and voila... Instant Matcha! It is a mix of Matcha green tea, sugar and non-dairy creamer. It must have been a love at first sniff and sip, I may say. I love the sweet, milky smell and taste of it.  Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea. It is derived from Japanese words " m...

San Pedro Barbeque Sauce Atbp.!

Image
Were you like me who grew up in a family who loves to eat marinated grilled/fried food? Ever since I was a child, we would always buy grilled food on the streets. (Ihawan sa kanto. Ganyan!) Grilled food has been and is always part of our daily lives with or without special occasions. Summer outings, Christmas, New Year, birthdays, anniversaries, Sundays ..oh we just love our mom's barbeque. And the secret... will stay secret! ✌🏻 Recently,a friend gave me this San Pedro Barbeque Sauce ATPB! to test. Guess what? It's almost the same as what my mom's preparing to marinate meat. Malasa ! Salty and sweet with a kick of pepper is the best way to define the experience. It's now a staple in our home. It's not only use to soak in food, it can also be a sauce " sawsawan ".  I tried it with fried Dory... masarap ! To give you a brief background of this "divine" sauce I will share with you the owner's story. It was initially an att...

Image
Are you tired of your everyday boring look? Have you been a victim of brassy hair? Do you have unruly and bad hair condition? Do you hear your  mane shouting "Bad hair day!" Keep calm, I'll share with you where I found my beauty haven in the South Eastern part of Metro Manila-- The Beauty Lounge by Bianca Festejo.   in Taguig . Why haven ? Coz I know  that I am, especially my crowning glory, safe with them. The place is  peaceful, I know that the staff are skillful because they were professionally going about their work cutting hair, blow drying, etc. No loud laughing, no squealing. I can feel they are trustworthy. The staff wasn’t loud. You know what I mean. As I wait for my turn, I observed and took photos of the place. Every customer who walks in starts with an in-depth consultation with their Senior Stylist, hmmm...that's a plus! You know they'll take care of your hair, that you are in good hands and they are not just after the income. They ...

Care for your hair ! Go natural with Vaniderm Gugo and Aloe Vera Shampoo with VCO

Image
Thinning hair? Falling hair? Dry scalp?  Fret not! Vaniderm has got you covered. Were you born and raised in the era where our elders would use aloe vera and gugo to help thicken hair, make it shiny and smooth? I am! Maybe the reason why I also have thick hair when I was small. I can still remember my mom would pick up aloe vera in our relative's yard to use on us (my sibs and I). In this day and age that even our #1 trusted shampoo for our kids is not safe, I always make sure that the products I use for my family is all natural. Lately, I was given this product by a friend as a token. Upon knowing the ingredients, I used it or rather my family started using it. The more it made our bonding time in the bathroom fun and relaxed. We love the smell of the shampoo as if we are in a spa while taking a bath - very calming. I took a photo of my mom's hair as some part is thinning. She has also started using Vaniderm . Will update this post as we continue to use t...

Nutri10 Plus : My kids' everyday buddy

Image
CTTO Having picky eaters at home is a real struggle. If you have kids around 3-7 yrs old it could be challenging to get them to eat. Kids around this age have short attention span. They often only like to eat what they've had before, and although you would like to give them only what they want, you also want to look after their health. That's why we make sure that we have food supplement as one of the staples at home to cover the nutrients my kids are lacking. CTTO My eldest is already a teen so he is picky no more. I still have 2 kids: 7yr old son with special needs and a 5yr old daughter, their daily food mostly are processed. They are picky eaters. Makes us ( Mr. MITD and I ) worried. So, to ease our fear , we consulted our pediatrician then. She recommended Nutri10 Plus. My kids been taking Nutri10 for years now  I can say that they are growing up bibo and healthy. Which makes us confident that the vitamins work on them. They are "hiyang" . As I re...

Review: PANTENE 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner - Hair Fall Control

Image
What causes hair fall?  Stress can make your hair fall out. " A common myth of hair loss is that it can be caused by stress. We naturally shed between 50 to 80 strands of hair a day. But stressful circumstances such as bereavement, divorce, job loss, or surgery have been known to cause stress-induced hair loss. If you are experiencing what seems like excessive stress and hair loss, be sure to consult your doctor. This is a myth of hair loss that can come true." Lately, I've been seeing ads everywhere and beauty bloggers are raving about Pantene 3 minute miracle conditioner for damaged hair. But damaged hair is not my concern because as what the people/ staff in the salon would say my hair is a " virgin hair " (wow!- because it is not treated yet and no chemicals were used on my hair since after the doctors need to shave off my long hair prior my operation) But even before my cranial operation , severe hair fall is really a challenge to me ( my ex-c...
