Since I was a child, as soon as June approaches, I feel thrilled because it's my birth month. I don't eagerly anticipate gifts, but rather the greetings from family and friends. It brings me joy. I am easily pleased. It doesn't take much to make me happy. Whenever I am asked what I want for my birthday, my usual response is "nothing" or "I don't know; I can't think of anything I want or need." I am not materialistic. I am happy. I am healthy. I am blessed with family and true friends. Feeling ko nasa akin na ang lahat and I prefer inner peace. Fancy that! Haha. I find more joy in giving, whether to family, friends, or even strangers. But this time, I said, "Lord, can I give myself a gift this time?" Since a retreat in Batulao is not possible yet, I scheduled a day for myself for a pampering session at the mall. San Pedro Barbeque Sauce Atbp.!

Were you like me who grew up in a family who loves to eat marinated grilled/fried food? Ever since I was a child, we would always buy grilled food on the streets. (Ihawan sa kanto. Ganyan!) Grilled food has been and is always part of our daily lives with or without special occasions. Summer outings, Christmas, New Year, birthdays, anniversaries, Sundays ..oh we just love our mom's barbeque. And the secret... will stay secret! ✌šŸ»


Recently,a friend gave me this San Pedro Barbeque Sauce ATPB! to test. Guess what? It's almost the same as what my mom's preparing to marinate meat. Malasa! Salty and sweet with a kick of pepper is the best way to define the experience. It's now a staple in our home. It's not only use to soak in food, it can also be a sauce "sawsawan".  I tried it with fried Dory...masarap!



To give you a brief background of this "divine" sauce I will share with you the owner's story.

It was initially an attempt to come up with a small business of selling barbeque on the streets until people started requesting to buy marinated meat whenever the BBQ store is closed. This triggered the idea of selling the yummy fusion in a bottle.
