Bianca Ilibasic to lead operations in India and the Philippines
Sun Life has appointed Bianca Ilibasic as Managing Director of its global capability centre, Sun Life Global Solutions (SLGS). She previously served as Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Sun Life Asia.
In this new role, Bianca will oversee SLGS operations in India and the Philippines, providing strategic direction to cross-functional teams covering Technology, Operations, Analytics, Actuarial, Human Resources, Finance, and Risk & Compliance. Her mandate includes expanding SLGS as a high-value enterprise capability supporting Sun Life’s business across 28 markets worldwide.
During her tenure in Asia, Bianca streamlined straight-through processing, accelerated digital adoption, and developed a forward-looking artificial intelligence roadmap designed to drive growth. Her work strengthened shared service platforms and established scalable solutions for the broader organization.
