The official launch event of the "Big Bad Tour: 1 New Million Readers" campaign was a celebration highlighted by the symbolic donation of books through the Red Readerhood Program. Books were turned over to Ambassador of Malaysia to the Philippines Dato' Abdul Malik Melvin Castelino and Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Undersecretary of Legislative Affairs Fatima Aliah Dimaporo.

The event also featured representatives from partner organizations of Big Bad Wolf Books, including Metrobank Credit Card General Usage Head Emily Koa, IKEA Marketing and PR Manager Patrick Marcelo, IKEA Philippines Country Inspiration and Communication Manager Jasmin Cruz, and Aseana City CEO Delfin Angelo Wenceslao.
