EastWest Insurance Brokerage: 10 Years of Building Trust and Protecting Futures

Milestone Toast – EWIB leaders and guests raise a glass to mark a decade of growth and success during the company’s 10th anniversary celebration in Bonifacio Global City.

EastWest Insurance Brokerage, Inc. (EWIB) marked its 10th anniversary with a dinner and cocktail celebration at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, gathering executives, partners, clients, and employees in a night of gratitude, recognition, and forward-looking ambition.

Over the past decade, its commission income has risen from Php 7.4 million to over Php 105 million, driven by the company’s role in managing the insurance requirements of EastWest, the Filinvest Group, which is also celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, and its expanding client portfolio. “Our growth reflects the trust of our clients and the hard work of our team,” said Joel Z. Belardo, EWIB President & CEO. “Marking this milestone, we look back with pride and move forward with bigger goals in sight.”

EWIB Chairman Jerry G. Ngo highlighted the company’s achievements, including a two-year streak of Code 1 classification from the Insurance Commission, indicating no significant risk factors, and memberships with the Insurance Brokers Association of the Philippines and the Insurance Institute for Asia and the Pacific.

Looking ahead, EWIB’s BIG Goals include achieving significant annual growth, expanding hyperlocally, and strengthening its social media presence. The evening also honored long-serving employees with service awards for five and ten years, and closed with a ceremonial toast to the next decade of success.
