Since I was a child, as soon as June approaches, I feel thrilled because it's my birth month. I don't eagerly anticipate gifts, but rather the greetings from family and friends. It brings me joy. I am easily pleased. It doesn't take much to make me happy. Whenever I am asked what I want for my birthday, my usual response is "nothing" or "I don't know; I can't think of anything I want or need." I am not materialistic. I am happy. I am healthy. I am blessed with family and true friends. Feeling ko nasa akin na ang lahat and I prefer inner peace. Fancy that! Haha. I find more joy in giving, whether to family, friends, or even strangers. But this time, I said, "Lord, can I give myself a gift this time?" Since a retreat in Batulao is not possible yet, I scheduled a day for myself for a pampering session at the mall. Benefits of owning a home

My family rented an apartment for almost 20 years. It was home. The community was great, everyone got along, our neighbors were like part of the family, it was a happy place. The sad part was when the day came that the owner sold that apartment. We had no choice but to look for another place. It was hard. It happened all of a sudden. We found some to be too costly, while the ones that were affordable are far from schools, hospitals, market, heck they were far from anywhere. We eventually got a new place, but it was just a room for rent. It was a house with two rooms, when the guys who rented the other room left, my parents decided to get it also which means we get to have the house for ourselves. That meant a bigger bill. Until they decided to get their own house. A good person (agent) helped them out to decide, and thanks to that person, we had a decent home in a decent community, more importantly, a place we can call our own. It also helped my Mommy with the budget.

    Yes po...hirap tlaga pag nag rerent lang..buti nalang talaga nakakuha na kami ng bahay dito sa Cavite..atleast po hindi na kmi nangungupahan..in the near future may matatawag na tlaga kaming bahay namin na sarili..at maipapamana pa s anak namin pag tumanda na kmi.Advantage din talaga na kumuha kami kesa sa mangungupahan habang buhay pero naman mapapa sa inyošŸ˜Š

    My ultimate dream. To have MY very own home.. para sakin at sa son ko. Pero syempre ipon ipon muna. Sa ngayon, we're still lucky kasi dito kami sa family home namin, dito ako pinanganak. No house rent to pay. So ito na talaga yung chance para makapag ipon habang libre pa ang mga bagay bagay hehe

    ok lng un rent to own. ang hirap kask mag bayad ng magbayad tapos wala lang. though minsan kaya nahhrapan kumuha ng rent to own ang iba kasi sa bigla laki ng down na hindi kaya ng ordinary people.
