1. Who can join the promo?Promo is open to all Barbie customers currently residing in the Philippines.Employees of Richprime Global Inc., their suppliers, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo. By joining and participating in Create Your Story With Barbie, customer confirms, agrees to and acknowledges that:He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions; Richprime Global Inc. shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and that all information supplied by him/her will be used by Richprime Global Inc. in accordance with its privacy policy; Promotion period is from July 15, 2018 - September 15, 2018.
2. How to join? Promo is open to all ages. Take a storytelling video of any Barbie toys and upload it on the microsite. Video running time must not exceed 2 minuets and should be in MP4 format with a file size of not greater than 10MB. Customer must register and complete the required fields (Registrant's Name, Name of Storyteller, Mobile Number, Complete Home Address, Email Address, Video Entry). Users may send a maximum of 5 entries per account only provided that each new entry features a different Barbie merchandise and must follow the aforementioned qualifications. The last day of the submission of entries will be on September 15, 2018 at 11:59 PM. All entries submitted after the said time shall be considered invalid. All videos submitted will be the property of Richprime Global Inc. Video must not contain inappropriate content, including but not limited to: obscene, pornographic, or sexually-explicit content or information. Materials which contain information that possess a risk to the health and safety of others. Materials which show strong support or opposition to any political or religious group or person. Content that is considered offensive to the users, such as those that encourage the commission of an illegal, immoral or threatening activity, promote harassment, racism, hatred or discrimination against any group or individual, or provide information which you know are false, misleading, or harmful to any group or individual. Content videos with competitor's logos including packaging and branded merchandise aside from Barbie and Toy Kingdom. Materials which are defamatory or libelous in character or those which violate the privacy of any group or individual. Materials which infringe upon the right of any third party, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, or those which promote the infringement of any party's intellectual property rights such as providing or advocating the use of pirated images, or providing link to sites which provide them.

3. Determination of Winners/Prizes: All qualified video entries will be judged by Richprime representatives through the following criteria on September 24, 2018 at 4:00 PM at RGI Corporate Center:
The following prizes will be given to the top 3 entries with the highest score:
Grand Prize: P25,000 worth of merchandise including one (1) Barbie DreamHouse
1st Runner Up: P15,000 worth of merchandise including one (1) Barbie 3-Story Townhouse
2nd Runner Up: P8,000 worth of merchandise including one (1) Barbie 2-Story House.

4. Notifying Winners:
Winners will be announced on October 5, 2018 on the official Facebook Pages of Barbie. Winners will be notified via registered mail, electronic email and/or SMS by Richprime Global Inc.
5. Claiming of Prizes:
Winners must submit or present the following:
- Original or Photocopy of one (1) valid government issued ID with photo (Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, Voter's ID & the like).
- Printout/screenshot of Create Your Own Story With Barbie winning/congratulatory message on Facebook or received letter via home address.
Winners can send an authorized representative to claim his/her prize on their behalf. The representative must submit the following: *Authorization letter with the winner's signature.
*Original or Photocopy of a valid government issued ID with photo (Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, Voter's ID & the like) of the representative.
*Original or Photocopy of a valid government issued ID with photo (Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, Voter's ID & the like) of the winner.
*Printout/screenshot of Create Your Own Story With Barbie winning/congratulatory message on Facebook or received letter via home address.
Winners may claim their prizes at RGI Corporate Center, #34 Sct. Limbaga cor. Sct. Torillo, Brgy. Sacred Heart, Quezon City until sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification will be forfeited. All prizes may be transferable but not convertible to cash. All prizes to be redeemed under this promotion shall be awarded tax-free. Richprime Global Inc. shall shoulder taxes.
6. Control Measures:Entry Handling: All entries will be gathered only on the database of barbie.richwellph.com.
Entry Collection: All entries will be collected the day after the cut-off submission date of entries.
Safekeeping of Entries: All entries will be monitored by the assigned digital marketing specialist supervised by the assigned brand manager from start to end of the promo.
Fairness in Determination Of Winners: All entries will be judged by via Tally Sheet below:
The tally sheet will be monitored, consolidated and tallied by the assigned digital marketing specialist and reviewed by the head of marketing department.
7. Other Conditions: The decision of Richprime Global Inc. is final. Employees of Richprime Global Inc., their suppliers, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo. Richprime Global Inc. reserve the right to invalidate entries entered though unscrupulous means such as electronic manipulation. The winners will authorize Richprime Global Inc. to use their photos, videos and names in any form of advertising or promotional materials related to the said promotion. In case of dispute such as, but not limited to winners' eligibility, the decision of Richprime Global Inc. shall prevail. All questions or dispute regarding the eligibility of winners for the promotion or any redemption shall be resolved by Richprime Global Inc. at its sole discretion.
