Since I was a child, as soon as June approaches, I feel thrilled because it's my birth month. I don't eagerly anticipate gifts, but rather the greetings from family and friends. It brings me joy. I am easily pleased. It doesn't take much to make me happy. Whenever I am asked what I want for my birthday, my usual response is "nothing" or "I don't know; I can't think of anything I want or need." I am not materialistic. I am happy. I am healthy. Recipe : Sweet & Sour Fish




Ingredients :

3 tbsp      cornstarch
1 tsp        salt
1/4 tsp     ground black pepper
1/4 kilo    tilapia, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup    cooking oil, for frying
2 cloves   garlic,minced
1 pc          small onion, sliced
1 tbsp        ginger, thinly sliced
1/4 cup     carrots, sliced
1/2 cup     water
1pc             small bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 pack.       SARSAYA SWEET & SOUR SAUCE

Procedure :
1. Season tilapia slices with salt and pepper then coat with cornstarch. Fry until gokden and then set aside.

2. Stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic in about 2 tablespoons oil. Pour SARSAYA Sweet & Sour Sauce and add water.

3. Add bell pepper and simmer for a minute.

4. Add fried tilapia and mix

5. Serve while hot.
