It is a great honor to be one of the qualified blogs in the Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs 2015 Writing Project for the Digital Influencers Marketing Summit to be held on October 10 at Best Western Antel Hotel in Makati City.
I still cannot believe that my non-profit, "accidental blog" which started April of this year is now part of this prestigious event and is being followed, entertains and fascinates the readers in various ways.
Here are my chosen blogs which I think should be considered as Top 10 emerging influential blogs as well ;
1. www.merrymommymay.com - I admire her ability to balance everything especially between family and career which I know many are struggling with. I love going through her blog because we have the same interest when it comes to beauty, fashion and health wise.
2. www.teampatlou.wordpress.com - Who would have not want to go through her blog if what you'll see is her beautiful face and her daily reveries. just like my blog, she writes with all her heart and with no pretentions at all.
3. www.babyjetsetgo.com - I frequent this blog because its content is very instructional and entertaining. I would really love to travel with my kids but haven't tried it yet.
4. www.loveteacherange.wordpress.com - since I was a kid I always wanted to be an educator, I don't know what happened. Hehe. I like the purpose of her blog to reach out to netizens especially in the field of education to make the people see what the world still has to offer. Teachers will always have a soft spot in my heart. Will always look up to them
5. www.runnerrocky.com - I used to be the Lydia de Vega of our class when I was in Grade school. But since as of the moment, I can't run because of my condition but would really love to. I just followed all his SNS (Social Networking Sites) to be inspired that someday I'm gonna be able to run and join such events.This blog promotes to start living a healthy lifestyle.Health is wealth.
6. www.frugalyetfab.com - we are both SAHM with no househelp at all, but still manages to survive the daily struggles. I like her attitude towards life and idleness has really no room for us SAHMs.
7. www.rookiemommyph.blogspot.com - I used to have an unexpected pregnancy, good thing this blog would really help women of today's generation who have unexpected pregnancies, first time moms, and long time mothers who are looking for new information on how they can handle taking care of their little ones with her real-life experiences and tips.
8. www.manilaconcertjunkies.blogspot.com - We all need music in our lives. Life without music would be a mistake. Even before this event, I'm one of their followers in Instagram simply because I love music and would always want to be updated with the upcoming concerts. Filipinos are music lovers, this blog will have a big influence to our society.
9. www.pilipinasdaily.com - in today's time, we wouldn't know which or who is telling the truth when it comes to news and current events. I'm happy that there are still people/blog that brings us honest news, no biases.
10. www.madeitthroughmum.blogspot.com - of course! I strongly believe that my blog should be included in the Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs this year because I write not because of money. I write from the heart, by heart and with all my heart. My blog's main purpose is to inspire people that despite the odds, life is beautiful. My blog also encompasses gratefullness in every little things that we have. Always look at the brighter side. To stay positive. I also do honest product reviews of the products I won. But if the product doesn't do me good, I won't write about it to minimize harm and as a sign of respect as well.
Wow! I think I chose almost all girls? Except for Runner Rocky. Yeah! Girl Power. I believe the abovementioned blogs I nominated deserve to be in the Top 10, because everybody shows responsibility to the informations they provide regardless of the medium. All are honest and fair. I think that, that's the true essence of blogging.
I would like to congratulate the blogs who are included in the list, win or lose as long as your name is on the list of qualified blogs it is still enough reason to be grateful and be proud of.
