Last March 15, Uratex underscored the importance of sleep during its “Best Sleep Ever with Ur Most Trusted” Event, which was held in partnership with the leading retail destination SM Home. The celebration, which happened at the SM Store of SM Megamall, invited the Philippine Society of Sleep Medicine (PSSM), and special guests Doug and Cheska Kramer, and Bigboy Cheng hosted by Valerie Tan.

The event focused on explaining the importance of healthy sleep habits and how every individual can improve their sleep health. Dr. Jun Dizon, President of PSSM—an organization of sleep experts with clinical training in the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders— talked about the restorative powers of sleep and how every individual should strive to improve the quality of their rest.
During his talk, Dr. Dizon mentioned the importance of having a conducive environment for resting.
