ComClark Awarded for Streamlining SEC Corporate Reporting
Benedicto Bulatao, ComClark Chief Operations Officer ComClark Network and Technology Corp. (ComClark), parent company of Converge ICT Solutions, received an award from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its digital solution. This system, the Company Investments and Financial Statistics System (CiFSS), processes data for over 500,000 Philippine corporations. Developed initially to mitigate pandemic-related contact, CiFSS now serves as the SEC's primary system for accepting corporate filings, including General Information Sheets (GIS) and financial statements (GFFS and SFFS).
