In today's fast-paced world, prioritizing our health and wellness has never been more critical. That's why I was thrilled to attend the launch of Taiwan Excellence's LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability) Days at Market! Market! in Taguig City. It was a fantastic opportunity to see how Taiwan is championing a holistic approach to living well, and I was especially excited to witness Miss Universe 2018, Catriona Gray, being introduced as the Taiwan LOHAS Advocate.
The three-day event, which kicked off on September 12, is all about showcasing Taiwan's innovative products and initiatives that promote both personal well-being and environmental consciousness. The launch event was buzzing with energy, starting with a vibrant cheer dance performance set to Taiwan's professional baseball team anthem. It definitely set a lively tone for the day!
