Even before the Covid-19 pandemic, I find it really challenging to get a decent sleep at night. My mind keeps wandering off, I get scared, I think about a lot of things. I get stressed for reasons I don't know. That got worse when ECQ happened. I fall asleep on the break of dawn. As a result, I am easily irritated, grumpy, and I often get headaches. That is not healthy because negative thoughts and emotions, can skew our perspective and in the long-term, damage our self-esteem.
