The company proudly took home the 2024 Silver Stevie for Innovative Achievement in Diversity & Inclusion.
The award recognizes Foundever™ for establishing a pioneering and impactful model workplace for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In a country where inclusive policies are still a rarity, Foundever™ stands out as a beacon of progress in the Philippines. A 2018 study by the Philippine LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce revealed that only 17% of employers in the country have structures in place to protect LGBTQIA+ individuals from discrimination.

Pride at Foundever™ serves as an Employee Resource Group (ERG) that provides support to LGBTQIA+ employees and allies. It aims to address issues of injustice, eliminate barriers, and combat discrimination within the workplace. The remarkable growth of Pride at Foundever™, from a small group to 3,281 members by December 2023, reflects the increasing commitment to diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Employee satisfaction at Foundever™ is evident through the company's eNPS score. The substantial rise in the eNPS score from 20.5 in 2021 to 62.6 in 2023 underscores Foundever's dedication to employee well-being and engagement.
To commemorate diversity and inclusivity, Foundever™ launched a series of events in June that welcomed LGBTQIA+ members and allies.
